So far the response has been just wonderful. Actually, a little overwhelming too, but as each week passes we manage to iron out any glitches. Our jellies are made in small batches right here in our state approved and licensed kitchen. What started out as a passionate hobby has now grown into a semi-full time job. We hope you'll enjoy our fine selection of jellies and know in time we'll be coming up with even more tasty temptations... as the garden season flourishes..
You might be wondering what wine jelly really is? Well it's exactly that - jelly or jams made out of wine. Our jellies are made with a wide variety of wines such as, Merlot, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Shiraz, Port and White Zinfandel just to name a few. We're even in the process of making a delicious Champagne Mimosa Jam--yum! Our jellies can be sweet, spicy, or savory and herbal, depending upon the ingredients. I suppose the next logical step was to begin blogging, so we've taken the plunge and started this new blog. This being the busiest season for many of us, please bear with me as I update and get all the news posted up here -- along with our show schedules of where you can find us and sample our yummy jams.
